Continental Region
It is situated on mountaneous region extending from Cameroon to
Angola, about 20km from the atlantic coast and 500km long. Moving from the coast towards the interior country, we come across the plain coastline(llanura de littoral) it's width
ranges between 15 to 20 km., afterwhich one bumps into the
first mountaneous foothill « el escalón de littoral» about 100metres on foot.
In this region,the last mountaneous branch North-west and South-west
dies down.
